ASTRADE Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the companies Act 1965 on 25th September 1981 as a private limited company. On 26th January 2022 it was subsequently changed into a public limited company of ASTRADE Holdings Berhad. It operates as an investment holding company with several subsidiaries.
